1. Acceptance of Terms

By using www.tixo.in, you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep them simple and fair. If you don't agree with them, please don't use our service.

2. How Tixo Works

Tixo helps you create AI chatbots with your own data. We provide the platform, and you bring your own API keys (like OpenAI) to power the intelligence. This "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) model means you have full control over your AI costs and usage.

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

When you sign up, please provide accurate info. You're responsible for keeping your account secure.

Since we use a BYOK model, you are also responsible for:

  • Using valid API keys from providers like OpenAI.
  • Managing your own billing with those providers.
  • Complying with their terms of service.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

We do not offer refunds on subscriptions or lifetime deals.

However, we offer a generous Free Plan that lets you test all core features before you pay. Please use the free plan to ensure Tixo is right for you before upgrading. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing.

5. Your Content

You own the data you upload to Tixo. We only use it to provide the service to you (like training your chatbot). We don't sell your data or use it for anything else.

6. Acceptable Use

Please don't use Tixo for anything illegal, harmful, or spammy. If we notice abuse, we may reach out to you to resolve it. In extreme cases of misuse, we may need to suspend your account, but we'll always try to work with you first.

7. Limitation of Liability

We work hard to keep Tixo running smoothly, but we can't promise it will be perfect 100% of the time. We aren't liable for any damages (like lost profits or data) that might happen from using our service, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make big changes, we'll let you know. Continuing to use Tixo means you accept the new terms.
